Damascus Steel Chef Knife

Precision slicing made simple. This stainless steel  slicing knife  features a thin  2.5 mm  blade for low drag and clean cuts on meat, fruit, sashimi, and vegetables. Vacuum heat treatment brings the hardness to  60±2 HRC , helping the edge stay sharp longer. The handle combines  430 stainless steel  fittings with  eco color wood  for a secure, comfortable grip. Supplied in a gift box (  total weight: 467 g including box ).

Care :   Hand-wash and dry immediately; do not use dishwasher or leave soaking. Hone regularly for best performance.
