We ship to the United States and United Kingdom with complimentary standard shipping on every order. No minimum spend.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Typical standard delivery once dispatched:

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If something is not right, return unused items in original packaging for a refund or exchange.
For orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom, we provide a prepaid return label — no return shipping cost to you. Email info@wudykitchen.com with your order number to start. See Returns & Refunds for full details.
Contact us at info@wudykitchen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping is on us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secured. Installment options, if available for your order, appear at checkout.

When your package is handed to the international carrier, tracking can take 2–3 business days to update. If it still doesn't work after 3 days, email info@wudykitchen.com and we'll trace it for you.
