Start with settings 1–8 for espresso (fine grind), 9–15 for pour-over and drip, and 16–25 for French press or cold brew (coarse grind). Dial up or down one notch at a time to match your taste and brew time.
This model is designed for 51–53mm portafilters. A 54mm basket may not align securely, so you'll want to grind into the hopper and transfer manually for best results.
Unplug the grinder, remove the hopper, and use the included brush to sweep out residue from the burr chamber weekly. For deeper cleaning, wipe the stainless steel burr with a dry cloth—avoid water on the motor housing.
The hopper holds roughly 160 grams of whole beans, enough to brew 10–12 cups depending on your dose. You can also grind single shots by adding beans directly to the chamber.
