Not quite right? Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Overview
At Wudy Kitchen, your satisfaction comes first. Try your order at home β if it is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees.
Return Window & Conditions
- Requests can be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in resellable condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchenware cannot be returned.
- The original invoice or order number must accompany every return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or tested kitchen tools β knives, slicers, cookware, pans.
- Products in direct contact with food β cups, plates, cutting boards, storage containers.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Discounted or sale items and gift cards.
Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email info@wudykitchen.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We generally issue refunds. Exchanges are accepted when a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within the return window and, subject to stock, we'll send the correct item.
How to Return
- Email your request to info@wudykitchen.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- For US, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia orders, we email a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
- Pack items in original packaging and drop off at the carrier shown on the label.
- Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours with photos β we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Refund Timing & Fees
- Returned items are inspected for quality on arrival.
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
- No restocking or hidden fees β ever.
