We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If something is not right, return unused items in original packaging for a refund or exchange.

For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia, we provide a prepaid return label — no return shipping cost to you. Email info@wudykitchen.com with your order number to start. See Returns & Refunds for full details.

Contact us at info@wudykitchen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping is on us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

When your package is handed to the international carrier, tracking can take 2–3 business days to update. If it still doesn't work after 3 days, email info@wudykitchen.com and we'll trace it for you.
