Marks you can read at the spout
Wudy Kitchen
A borosilicate glass espresso measure with etched milliliter marks and a wood handle, for consistent shots.
Pulling a shot by eye gives you a different drink every morning. Without a clear view of the yield, it is hard to tell whether the grind or the dose needs changing.
This 2.5 fl oz (75 ml) borosilicate glass has volume marks etched down the side, so you can watch the shot build and stop where you meant to. It handles heat to 300°F (150°C), and a wooden handle keeps your fingers off the warm glass.
It is small enough to fit under most espresso spouts and also works for measuring syrup or hot water for an americano. Hand-wash it in warm soapy water.
It shows your yield at a glance, so you can dial in a ristretto or lungo and repeat it the next day.
Hand-wash in warm soapy water and dry the wooden handle right away. Keep it out of the dishwasher to protect the wood.
