Bring the liquid (a mixture of hot water and tomato paste, dissolved together with pomegranate molasses) to a brief simmer, pour over the dry bulgur, cover tightly, and allow to steam-absorb for twenty minutes. The result is a fully cooked grain base with none of the oil-on-stove attention that conventional grain cooking requires.
