Description

A dull knife is slower and more dangerous because it slips instead of biting. This pull-through sharpener restores the edge in a few strokes: draw the blade through the coarse carbide slot to rebuild a tired edge, then through the fine ceramic slot to polish it smooth — no whetstone angle skills required.

Choose a stainless finish or wood-handle look; both are one size for straight kitchen knives. Keep fingers on the guard, pull heel to tip lightly, and wipe the blade after. Not for serrated bread knives or ceramic blades.

Rebuild, then polish

Rebuild, then polish

Carbide cuts a fresh edge on dull steel; ceramic finishes it so the knife slices instead of tears. This pull-through sharpener restores the edge in a few strokes: draw the blade through the coarse carbide slot to rebuild a tired edge, then through the fine ceramic slot to polish it smooth — no whetstone angle skills required. Everyday, not a stone ritual

Everyday, not a stone ritual

Not for serrated bread knives or ceramic blades. Wipe metal filings away after use. A dull knife is slower and more dangerous because it slips instead of biting. Pull heel to tip a few times — faster than learning a whetstone for weeknight knives.
