Description
Round pans waste their corners on square food. Two eggs slide into each other, and pancakes come out in whatever size is left. This pan is rectangular, so four pancakes or two fried eggs sit side by side without touching.
The body is aluminium for even heat with a nonstick face, and the base is made for induction as well as gas and electric. Breakfast releases with very little oil, which is the point of the shape and the surface together. In black or green. Use soft utensils and wash it by hand once it has cooled.
