Overview

A pizza wheel drags toppings across the pie, and then you still need a server to get the slice onto a plate.

These stainless steel pizza scissors cut from above with the top blade. With the Shears & Serving Spatula option, the lower blade is a flat server that slides under the crust, so you cut and lift the slice in one motion and the toppings stay in place. Shears Only gives you the same black-and-red scissors without the server base.

They also work on quesadillas, flatbreads, herbs, and dough, on a board, a plate, or right in the pan. Hand-wash and dry them after use, and keep fingers clear of the sharp edges.
