Description

Old grounds stuck around the group head and shower screen end up in the next shot, adding a stale, bitter edge before you have even dosed.

This cleaning brush reaches the screen and the gasket edge, so a daily brush and rinse actually clears yesterday's fines. The head detaches, so when the bristles flatten you replace the head and keep the handle.

It is about 7" (18 cm) long and comes in four styles: short handle, red head, black head or black. Brush with water running if your machine allows it, then rinse the bristles and let them air dry.

Materials & Care
A food-grade plastic handle with a detachable brush head that can be replaced when the bristles wear. Rinse the bristles after each use and let them air dry; mild soap is fine occasionally. Keep the plastic away from open flame.
Shipping & Returns
Complimentary standard shipping to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. US delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, UK 6–10 business days.

Residue you can taste

Residue you can taste

Coffee oils and fine grounds build up where the portafilter meets the group head. Left there, they go stale and carry into every shot that follows. A quick pass with the brush after each session clears the screen and the gasket edge, so the next espresso starts clean.

Replace the head, keep the handle

Replace the head, keep the handle

Bristles wear down with daily use, and a flattened brush stops reaching into the gasket groove. Because the head detaches, you can swap it out when it wears instead of replacing the whole tool. The plastic handle stays in service for as long as it holds up.
