Hand-formed burgers cook uneven and sit crooked on the bun. This single burger patty press shapes an 11 cm round at even thickness every time — press a ball of beef, lift the wood handle, and you have a flat patty ready for the grill or pan.
Nonstick-coated metal with grill-style ridges and a comfortable wood handle. A stack of 100 patty papers is included so each burger releases clean and stacks for the freezer without sticking. Hand-wash and dry after use.
