Push-down spin action
Wudy Kitchen
A semi-automatic push-down whisk with stainless steel wires that spins as you press, for eggs and cream.
Setting up a stand mixer for two eggs is more work than the job deserves, but a plain balloon whisk soon tires the wrist.
This semi-automatic whisk spins its stainless steel wires each time you push the handle down. Steady presses beat eggs, whip a little cream or mix a light batter without a cord, batteries or motor noise.
Choose Small for mugs and cups, Medium for everyday bowls or Large for mixing bowls, or get all three sizes in one set if you bake at different volumes. It suits small batches and quick jobs where a mixer would be too much machine.
Rinse promptly after use, then hand-wash and dry. Do not force it through thick dough, which can bend the wires.
