Why the set
Balance at the bolster
Wudy Kitchen
A one-piece forged stainless steel knife with a hollow handle that keeps the balance forward in the hand.
A knife with its weight in the wrong place tires your wrist long before the prep is done, and a handle joint is one more place for food to collect.
Each of these knives is forged from stainless steel in one piece, with a hollow handle that moves the balance toward the bolster instead of dragging at the end. There is no seam between blade and handle.
Choose only the profile you need: a boning knife for working around a joint, a serrated bread knife, a chef knife for daily prep, a cleaver for heavier work, or a universal knife for everything in between. Blades run 5" to 8" (13 to 20 cm) depending on the profile.
Hand-wash and dry right after use. Keep the edge with a honing steel or whetstone. Store it in a block or on a magnetic strip.
