"Replaced a drawer of mismatched knives with this one block. The whole counter looks intentional now, and the chef knife glides through everything. The steak knives were the surprise — guests noticed."

"Three months of daily cooking and the edges still hold. The block sharpening is genuinely useful — I stopped reaching for a separate steel. Balanced, clean release, and it looks the part in white."
"Beautiful set and the grip stays comfortable through long prep. The knives go straight into the dishwasher, and the block keeps every piece in order. The matched steak knives finish the set well."

Good to know
Questions, answered.
How does the self-sharpening block work?
The block has ceramic honing slots. As you draw a knife out or return it, the edge passes across the sharpener — maintaining day-to-day sharpness. For a full re-grind, use a whetstone a few times a year.
Are the knives dishwasher safe?
Yes. The knives and shears are dishwasher-safe. Secure them on the top rack and dry them fully before storage. Wipe the self-sharpening block clean and keep it out of the dishwasher.
What's the difference between Black and White?
Only the finish. Both are the same 16-piece high-carbon German steel set with the same block and board — choose the one that matches your counter.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 24 hours with tracked delivery, and the tracking code lands in your inbox. Delivery windows are calculated for your address at checkout.
How do returns work?
Open a return from your account within 30 days and a prepaid label is emailed to you. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the set reaching our warehouse.
