Description

A thick blade drags through a roast and tears at fish instead of parting it. This slicer is just 0.09" (2.3 mm) at the spine, thin enough to glide through without you pushing.

It is about 12.5" (32 cm) overall, a length that crosses a brisket or a side of salmon in a single draw, so slices stay even because you never restart the cut. The steel is 40Cr13 stainless with a Damascus pattern etched into the face, and the handle is red sandalwood.

At about 11 oz (310 g), the weight sits in your palm rather than at the tip. Hand-wash and dry it after each use.

Materials & Care
40Cr13 stainless steel with a Damascus pattern etched into the face, set in a red sandalwood handle. The pattern is surface decoration. The steel and wood both prefer a quick wash, an immediate dry and a dry place to rest.
Shipping & Returns
Complimentary standard shipping to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. US delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, UK 6–10 business days.

Long and thin for one-draw slices

Long and thin for one-draw slices

Sawing back and forth leaves ridges on roast beef and shreds delicate fish. With a slender spine and a long reach, this knife finishes each slice in one smooth pull, so ham, turkey breast and salmon come off in clean, even pieces. Keep it to boneless, thawed food to protect the edge.

Weight that sits in your palm

Weight that sits in your palm

At about 11 oz (310 g), the balance sits back toward the red sandalwood handle rather than out at the tip. That makes a long blade feel controlled, even through repeated slicing at a carving board. The wood has a firm, natural texture that stays secure in the hand.
