Description

Cold brew in a pitcher is a guess: you leave it overnight and taste whatever comes out. A drip tower shows the extraction as it happens, one drop at a time into a glass server.

You set the rate at the valve, so the same grounds can make a lighter cup or a fuller one. The reservoir holds ice water above the filter, and the flow slows as it empties, so it is worth checking partway through. The server is borosilicate glass.

Hand-wash the glass and rinse the filter after each brew, and handle the tower gently when you take it apart.

Materials & Care
A borosilicate glass server with clear plastic fittings and stainless steel accents, stacked under a reservoir, valve and filter. The glass is thin and clear, so it rewards careful handling. Warm, soapy water and a soft brush clean the valve and server well.
Shipping & Returns
Complimentary standard shipping to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. US delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, UK 6–10 business days.

Watch the extraction happen

Watch the extraction happen

Immersion cold brew hides inside a closed container until it is done. In a drip tower, ice water passes through the grounds and falls into clear glass, so you can see the color deepen as the server fills. That makes it easy to learn how grind and timing change the result.

Set the drip at the valve

Set the drip at the valve

A slow drip gives a heavier, more concentrated brew, and a faster one makes it lighter. Start around one drop per second, then check again as the reservoir empties, because falling water level slows the flow. A small turn of the valve brings it back on pace.
