Description
Chopped vegetables and shrimp have a habit of slipping between the grill grates, and turning dozens of small pieces one by one means half of them burn while you chase the rest.
This 304 stainless steel rolling cage holds small food inside a mesh cylinder. Load it, close it, set it on the grate and roll it with the included hook, so every side meets the heat and nothing drops into the coals.
Choose the small 8" (20 cm) or large 12" (30 cm) length; both are about 3.5" (9 cm) across. It works for backyard grilling and camping cookouts with vegetables, shrimp, fries or beans.

Mesh that keeps food in
The cylinder is made from 304 stainless steel mesh with solid end rims. Openings are small enough to hold diced peppers, onions, shrimp and fries, yet open enough for smoke and flame to reach the food. Shake it gently before rolling so the pieces spread out in a single layer.
Turn it without reaching in
A hot cage over open flame is not something to grab by hand. Hook the included 4" (10 cm) turning tool through the mesh to roll the cage a quarter turn at a time, or lift it off the grate when the food is done. Wear heat-safe gloves when working close to the fire.
