Lever press action
Wudy Kitchen
A manual lever French fry cutter with interchangeable stainless steel grids and a suction base for grip.
Hand-cut fries come out uneven, so the thick sticks are still pale inside while the thin ones burn at the edges.
This lever press pushes a whole potato through a stainless steel cutting grid in one motion, turning it into sticks of the same size. Interchangeable grids let you change the cut, and a suction base holds the cutter steady on a smooth counter while you press.
It suits anyone who makes fries at home, for the oven, air fryer or deep fryer. Use firm, fresh potatoes and keep your fingers clear of the grid.
Take the grids apart to wash. Hand-wash the blades and dry them right away to limit spots. Hand-washing is recommended for the base too. Keep fingers clear of the grid.

Why the set
Why the set
It needs a smooth, clean, nonporous counter. Wood and textured stone often fail, so dampen the base lightly and press firmly.
Use firm, fresh potatoes and a single decisive press. Clear the grid carefully, since the blades are sharp.
It works on potatoes and similarly firm vegetables. Avoid meat and very hard roots that strain the thin blades.
Hand-washing is recommended for the blades and base. Dry the blades right away.
