Serrations that bite
Wudy Kitchen
Serrated stainless steak knives with a Damascus-pattern finish and wood-grain handles for clean cuts.
A dull table knife tears a good steak, squeezes the juice onto the plate, and leaves guests sawing at their dinner.
These serrated steak knives grip the seared crust and cut clean portions, so each slice keeps its juice. The stainless blades carry a Damascus-pattern finish for looks, while the serrations do the cutting. Wood-grain composite handles give them a warm feel at the table.
Choose a single knife, or a pack of 3, 5, or 10 depending on how many you usually seat. Hand-wash and dry them after dinner.
Hand-wash with mild soap and dry right away, especially the handles. Keep them out of the dishwasher. Store them so the blades do not knock together.
