Cast Iron Meat Press

Burgers and bacon curl when only part of the meat touches the heat. This heavy cast iron press holds food flat on the griddle or grill so the whole surface sears evenly, browns edge to edge, and cooks faster.

Choose Round for smash burgers and patties, or Rectangular for bacon strips, steaks, and paninis. The wood handle stays easier to grip while the iron plate does the work — preheat with the pan, press, then hand wash and dry like any cast iron.
