Description

Cafe-style foam usually needs a steam wand, and most home kitchens do not have one.

This rechargeable frother wand whips warm milk into foam in seconds. It charges over USB and works cordless, and at about 9.5" (24 cm) long it reaches the bottom of a deep mug. Warm the milk first, since the wand adds air but not heat, then hold the whisk just below the surface until the foam looks glossy.

It also mixes matcha, hot chocolate, and other drink powders smoothly. The stainless whisk detaches and rinses clean under the tap. Choose White or Black, and keep the handle out of water.

Warm the milk, then froth

Heat the milk on the stove or in the microwave, and fill the mug about a third full so the foam has room to rise. Tilt the mug, keep the whisk just under the surface, and stop when the foam turns glossy. Going too long makes big bubbles that collapse.

Rinse the whisk, then charge

The stainless whisk comes off the handle, so a quick rinse under the tap is all the cleanup it needs. Charge the handle with the included USB cable when it slows down. With no disposable batteries, it is ready for the morning coffee.
