Description

Fine coffee particles cloud the cup and leave a sticky residue in the portafilter that takes scrubbing to clear out of every hole.

These unbleached paper discs sit in the basket and add a thin paper layer beneath the coffee, which helps keep fines contained and the shot tasting cleaner. Afterward, the puck knocks out with less residue left in the basket.

Choose 51, 53 or 58 mm to match your portafilter basket. Each pack holds 100 discs, so you can use a fresh one for every shot. Place a disc before dosing, pull your shot as usual and adjust the grind if the flow changes.
