Description

A bin on the counter takes up prep space and leaves scraps sitting in the open while you cook. Walking across the kitchen to the main trash with every peel slows you down.

This 6.3 qt (6 L) bin hangs on a cabinet door or mounts to the wall, so scraps go straight from the board into it and the counter stays clear. The lid closes over the opening to help keep smells in, as long as you empty it regularly.

Both adhesive and screw mounting are included. Use adhesive for light, dry waste and screws for heavier or wet loads. Choose Medium or Large in cream or gray-white.

Materials & Care

The body is PP plastic with an ABS lid. Both an adhesive mount and a screw bracket are supplied. The smooth plastic wipes clean with a mild cleaner. Empty and wipe it often, since no small bin stays fresh if left full for days.

Scraps go straight in

Mount the bin right beside or below your cutting board and you can sweep peels and trimmings in with the side of your knife. There is no bowl of scraps to carry across the room. At 6.3 qt (6 L), it is sized for a day of prep, which encourages emptying it before it starts to smell.

Two ways to mount it

The adhesive option needs no drilling, which suits rentals and a quick cabinet-door setup for dry scraps like peels and packaging. For coffee grounds, wet food waste, or anything heavy, use the screw bracket so the bin stays firmly in place. Either way, the bin lifts off for emptying.
