Why the set
A blade that takes thin peels
Wudy Kitchen
A 304 stainless steel peeler with a natural wood handle for thin, even peels, in a bow or Y shape.
A dull peeler skips and digs, taking off thick strips and wasting good produce. By the end of a bag of potatoes, your hand is tired too.
This peeler has a 304 stainless steel blade that takes a thin, even peel in a single stroke. The natural wood handle sits comfortably in your hand and feels warmer than plastic or bare metal.
Choose the Bow Peeler for long strokes along carrots and cucumbers, or the Y Peeler for a pulling motion on potatoes and apples. At about 7" (18 cm) long, it fits easily in a utensil drawer.
Hand-wash and dry the blade. Wipe the wood handle dry after washing and do not leave it sitting in water.
