Stainless heads that rinse clean
Wudy Kitchen
304 stainless steel kitchen utensils with natural rosewood handles and hanging holes, sold singly or as a set of four.
Wooden spoons scorch on a pan edge, silicone softens against a hot rim, and thin steel can pit after repeated dishwasher cycles.
These tools have 304 stainless steel heads on rosewood handles: the steel takes the heat and the wood keeps your hand away from it. Each one is about 13" (33 cm) long, with a hanging hole at the end.
Choose one or take all four: a ladle for stock and soup, a wide wok turner for stir-fries, a slotted turner for lifting food while it drains, and a perforated skimmer for dumplings or blanched greens. Hand-wash and dry them rather than soaking the wood.
Hand-wash in warm soapy water and dry right away. Do not soak the rosewood handles. Wipe the handles with food-safe mineral oil about once a month.

Why the set
Why the set
Hand-washing is recommended. The steel can handle it, but dishwasher heat and long water exposure dry out the rosewood.
A ladle, a wide wok turner, a slotted turner and a perforated skimmer, each about 13" (33 cm) long.
The rosewood handles keep your hand away from the hot steel and stay comfortable during normal cooking.
Wipe the handles with food-safe mineral oil about once a month after washing and drying.
