Why the set
Grip where it counts
Wudy Kitchen
A non-slip wheat-fiber cutting board that stays put while you chop and is gentle on knife edges.
A board that creeps across the counter mid-chop is the one you end up bracing with your hip, with your free hand on the board instead of the food.
This wheat-fiber composite board has grip on the underside, so it stays where you put it. The surface is firmer than soft plastic, so it does not score into deep grooves as quickly, yet gentler than glass or steel on your knife edge. It is also less prone to holding onion and garlic smells.
Choose small, medium, or large, in blue or natural wheat. Wash it by hand in warm soapy water and let it air-dry flat.
Hand-wash in warm soapy water and air-dry flat. Rinse soon after cutting beets or turmeric. Keep it out of the dishwasher.
