Description
Buying knives one at a time leaves a drawer where nothing matches and the knife you want is rarely the sharp one. This set covers the whole cutting board in one go, with Damascus-pattern blades and handles that match.
The 9-Piece set includes paring and boning knives for close work, a serrated bread knife, a chef knife, a santoku, a slicer, a nakiri for vegetables, a utility knife and a cleaver. The 8-Piece set has the same lineup without the utility knife.
Handles are cast resin over a wood core, so the grain shows a little differently on each one. Hand-wash and dry each knife, and keep the edges away from bone and frozen food.
