Three-wire grip
Wudy Kitchen
A one-piece 304 stainless steel food clip with a three-wire grip for turning and serving hot food without piercing it.
A fork pierces the crust when you turn a steak, and thin tongs can bend halfway through the lift. Both make hot food harder to move than it should be.
This 9" (23 cm) food clip is made from 304 stainless steel and grips with three wires on each jaw, so the contact is wider than a single thin arm. It holds hot bread, grill pieces and plated portions firmly without spearing them.
Use it at the grill, over a pan or at the table for serving. It is one solid steel piece with no plastic tips, so there is nothing to melt against a hot grate.
Wash in warm soapy water after oily or sugary foods and dry fully. It is dishwasher safe, though hand-washing keeps the finish brighter for longer. Avoid holding it in direct open flame for long periods.
