Description
Batter clings to the sides of the bowl, and a stiff spoon leaves a ring of it behind. A natural-bristle pastry brush has its own problem: it holds grease and drops hairs onto the dough.
This set pairs two flexible silicone spatulas, one large and one small, with a silicone pastry brush. The spatula edges bend into the curve of a bowl to scrape it clean, fold batter, and spread it into the pan. The brush lays down an even coat of egg wash, melted butter, oil, or glaze.
Each tool is one piece of heat-resistant silicone, so there is no seam for food to collect in. They are safe on nonstick and go in the dishwasher.
