Why the set
Stainless edge for the table
Wudy Kitchen
Stainless steel steak knives with polished wood handles for clean slices at the table, sold alone or with a beech block.
A dull or flimsy table knife tears seared steak instead of slicing it, and the juice ends up on the plate rather than in the bite.
This steak knife has a stainless steel blade set in a polished wooden handle, so it cuts clean portions at the table with a steady grip. It is made for grilled and roasted cuts rather than as a soft butter knife.
Take the knives on their own, or choose the boxed option with a beech storage block that keeps the blades apart between uses. Hand-wash and dry the blade and handle before they go back in the block.
Hand-wash the blade and handle in warm soapy water and dry them before storing. Do not soak the wood or put the knives in the dishwasher.
