Why the set
A blade that follows the curve
Wudy Kitchen
A stainless steel swivel peeler that follows the curve of potatoes and apples, with a tip for removing eyes.
A fixed blade skips over potato eyes and the curve of an apple, so you either leave skin behind or take off a thick slice of the fruit.
This stainless steel peeler has a swivel blade that pivots as it moves, following round produce for thin, close peels. A pointed tip at the end digs out eyes and blemishes without reaching for a paring knife. The in-line grip handles like a small knife for fiddly jobs.
Choose a Smooth blade for peeling, a Julienne blade for fine strips, or Both. Buy one, a 2-pack or a 5-pack. A sharp edge needs only light pressure.
Hand wash and dry the blade, especially after acidic produce. Store it with the edge protected. Replace it if the swivel stiffens with grit.

Why the set
Why the set
The Smooth blade peels skin, and the Julienne blade cuts thin strips of vegetables for salads and garnishes.
It pivots to follow round produce, so peels stay thin and you waste less.
It digs out potato eyes and small blemishes without a second tool.
One for everyday use, a 2-pack for a spare, or a 5-pack when several people prep at once.
Hand washing and drying is recommended to keep the blade sharp and the swivel moving.
