Why the set
A blade that peels, not shreds
Wudy Kitchen
A stainless steel Y-peeler that takes thin, even peels from potatoes, carrots and apples with a steady grip.
A dull swivel peeler skips and gouges, taking half the carrot with the skin and leaving shreds in the sink.
This Y-peeler has a stainless steel blade set across the top of the handle, so you peel in long, even strokes. Thin peels come away from potatoes, carrots and apples, and more of the vegetable stays on the cutting board. A full bag of potatoes goes faster when the blade glides instead of catching.
Choose a Wood-look or Natural Wood handle. Rinse the blade after use, dry the handle and store it so the edge is not loose in a drawer.
Rinse the blade after use. Hand wash and dry the handle, and avoid long soaks. Store it with the edge protected.
