What is the difference between Blue and Pink?
Only the color. Both sets do the same job.
Can I pipe melted chocolate?
Warm melted chocolate is fine; very hot sugar work is better handled with a different tool.
How do I stop icing hardening in the tips?
Wash the tips soon after use, and soak them in hot water if anything has set.
Can I cut the bag tip?
Keep blades away from the silicone, since cuts can tear the bag.
