Why the set
Bamboo and resin together
Wudy Kitchen
A bamboo serving board with a clear, food-safe resin inlay, offered as one round size or two rectangular lengths.
Cheese and cured meat leave oil behind, and a soft wooden board soaks it up and holds on to it.
This serving board pairs bamboo with a clear, food-safe resin inlay: the bamboo handles moisture, and the resin wipes clean rather than absorbing. At about 0.5" (1.5 cm) thick, it carries a full spread without flexing.
Choose an 11" (28 cm) round to set in the middle of the table, or a 13" (33 cm) or 16" (40 cm) rectangle when the spread runs long and you want crackers at one end and cheese at the other. Hand-wash and dry it rather than leaving it wet.
Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap and dry right away. Do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Wipe food-safe mineral oil over the bamboo about once a month.

No. Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap and dry it right away; the dishwasher can damage the bamboo and cloud the resin.
Hand-washing and drying it promptly helps the resin stay clear. Avoid soaking the board.
Wipe food-safe mineral oil over the bamboo about once a month to keep it from drying out.
