Protection for the glass
Wudy Kitchen
A silicone-coated fiberglass mat that lies flat on a glass induction cooktop and wipes clean of spills.
A heavy pan dragged across a glass induction cooktop leaves scratches you cannot polish out, and they build up quickly with cast iron.
This silicone-coated fiberglass mat sits between the pan and the glass. It is thin enough for the induction field to reach the pan, and it takes the scuffs instead of the cooktop. A black geometric print keeps it looking neat on the stove.
Choose a 10" (25 cm) square, a 14" × 10" (35 × 25 cm) rectangle that spans two zones, or a 9.5" (24 cm) round for a single ring. Each has a hanging loop, so it can go on a hook. It is made for glass induction tops only, not gas flame.
Lay the mat flat before placing a pan on it and wipe it after spills. Replace it if it warps or scorches. Use on glass induction cooktops only, never over open flame.

Why the set
A thin, flat mat should not. If you see a pan error, smooth out any wrinkles or remove the mat and try again.
No. It is designed to protect glass induction tops and should not go over an open flame.
The 9.5" (24 cm) round fits a single ring, the 10" (25 cm) square suits one zone, and the 14" × 10" (35 × 25 cm) rectangle covers two zones.
It is fine for normal induction cooking. For hard sears, or if the mat starts to scorch, cook without it.
