What is in the Mix 2-Pack?

Should I choose Y-shaped or bowed?
They suit different grips. Y-shaped is stroked toward you, and bowed is pulled like a knife, so pick the one that feels natural.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Hand-washing is preferred to protect the edges. Rinse and dry after use.
Will it grate hard cheese?
It is made for light zesting. Use a full-size grater for larger cheese jobs.
