Why the set
Even coverage with less oil
Wudy Kitchen
A 304 stainless steel oil sprayer with a pump top that builds pressure for misting cooking oil over food.
Poured oil lands in one spot and pools, so you end up using far more than the pan needed. A fine mist covers the whole surface with a fraction of it, which matters when you roast a tray of vegetables or grease a baking pan.
This sprayer has a 304 stainless steel body and a pump top. Fill it below the line, pump until you feel resistance build, then press to spray.
At about 7" (18 cm) tall, it is sized to sit on the counter next to the stove. It suits anyone who wants lighter oil coverage for roasting, air frying or salads, using the cooking oil they already buy.
Do not fill past the max line, and pump to pressure before spraying. Every few weeks, add hot water and a drop of soap, spray it through until clear and rinse. If the mist turns to a stream, clear the nozzle.

Why the set
Usually there is not enough pressure, the bottle is overfilled or the nozzle is clogged. Pump until you feel resistance, and flush it with hot soapy water if that does not help.
Yes, though thicker oils need more pumping and more frequent cleaning. Thinner oils clog less.
Light vinegars can be used; rinse the sprayer after acidic fills so the pump stays clear.
It stands about 7" (18 cm) tall.
