Why the set
A separate slot for every blade
Wudy Kitchen
A stainless steel knife holder with separate slots and open drainage, so edges stay apart and blades dry.
Knives kept loose in a drawer knock their edges against each other, and every time you reach in you are feeling for a handle without knowing where the blade is.
This stainless steel holder gives each knife its own slot, so the edge touches nothing as it goes in or comes out. The non-slip rubber base keeps the stand in place when you draw a blade, and the open slots let water run out instead of sitting in a closed well against the steel.
It takes a range of blade widths, from a paring knife up to a chef knife, which suits a home cook who wants knives on the counter without a full wooden block. Dry each knife before it goes back in.
Wipe the steel body with a soft cloth and dry it. Empty and dry the base tray regularly. Always dry knives before storing them, since drainage helps but does not replace wiping.

Dry them first. The open slots help leftover water drain, but wet blades can still spot.
The non-slip rubber base is there to keep it in place on the counter as you draw a blade.
Wipe the stainless steel body, clear any debris from the slots, and empty and dry the base tray.
