Why the set
Fresh grounds in a small footprint
Wudy Kitchen
A compact electric blade grinder for small, fresh batches of coffee beans, pulsed to the grind you want to brew.
Pre-ground coffee loses its aroma while it sits in the cupboard, yet a full grinder station takes up counter space many kitchens do not have.
This compact electric grinder handles small batches, so you grind only what you are about to brew. Add whole beans, then grind in short pulses until the grounds look right. Shorter runs give a coarser result, and longer runs make it finer. It uses blades rather than burrs, so the grind suits drip, pour-over, and French press.
Choose the 1-Cup size for solo mornings or the 2-Cup size when you brew for two. Empty the chamber fully and brush out the residue after each use so old coffee oils do not build up.
Unplug before cleaning. Empty the grounds, brush out the chamber, and wipe the outside. Keep water away from the motor base and never submerge it.

Why the set
Why the set
No, it is a blade grinder. It works well for drip, pour-over, and French press, while espresso usually needs a burr grinder.
Pick the size that matches how many cups you brew at once, so you are not left with extra grounds.
Grind in short pulses and check often. The longer it runs, the finer the grounds.
Unplug it, empty the grounds, and brush out the chamber. Never put the motor base in water.
