Wudy Kitchen
A clear herb keeper that stands stems in water under a vented lid, keeping parsley, cilantro and dill fresh longer.
Fresh herbs wilt or turn slimy in the fridge within days, and half the bunch ends up in the trash before you get to cook with it.
This keeper treats herbs like cut flowers. The stems stand in a little water in a basket insert, and the vented lid holds in humidity while letting air move. Tender herbs such as parsley, cilantro, dill and mint stay fresh and bright for longer than they would in a bag.
At about 9.5" (24 cm) tall, the clear container fits a fridge door shelf. Change the water every few days and trim the stems. Basil prefers to sit on the counter.
Change the water every few days and trim the stem ends. Hand wash the container. Keep basil on the counter in water rather than in the fridge.
