Mesh that keeps food in
Wudy Kitchen
A 304 stainless steel mesh rolling cage that keeps small pieces together on the grill, with a turning hook.
Chopped vegetables and shrimp have a habit of slipping between the grill grates, and turning dozens of small pieces one by one means half of them burn while you chase the rest.
This 304 stainless steel rolling cage holds small food inside a mesh cylinder. Load it, close it, set it on the grate and roll it with the included hook, so every side meets the heat and nothing drops into the coals.
Choose the small 8" (20 cm) or large 12" (30 cm) length; both are about 3.5" (9 cm) across. It works for backyard grilling and camping cookouts with vegetables, shrimp, fries or beans.
Let the cage cool, then soak and scrub it with a grill brush or wash it in the dishwasher. Dry it fully before storing. A light coat of oil on the first few cooks helps stop food from sticking.
