This 4-in-1 immersion set blends right in the pot. The motor body takes a stainless steel blending stick for soups and purées, a whisk for cream and light batters, a 17 fl oz (500 ml) chopper bowl and a 24 fl oz (700 ml) beaker for sauces and small batches.

Keep the blade submerged, start on low and build up. Unplug before changing attachments, and wipe the motor body rather than putting it in water. Choose the US, UK, EU or AU plug for your outlets.

Care & Use

Hot soup stays in the pot while the stainless stick does the work, so there is no ladling and no overflowing blender jar. Lower it in, keep the blade submerged and move it slowly through the pot. Short pulses on low speed keep splashing to a minimum.
