Why the set
An extra layer at the mandoline
Wudy Kitchen
Cut-resistant kitchen gloves that protect your guide hand at the mandoline, grater or cutting board as you work.
Mandolines, graters and sharp knives punish a moment of distraction, and the hand holding the food is the one most at risk.
These cut-resistant gloves add a tough knit layer over your guide hand, so you can hold produce more confidently while you slice, shred or shuck. Pull one on, keep your knife habits careful and wash the gloves after prep.
Pick a size from Small to X-Large for a snug fit, and a 1-pair, 10-pair or 20-pair pack if you want spares for a busy kitchen or for garden work. They reduce cut risk; they do not make careless cutting safe.
Hand wash, or machine wash gently in a laundry bag, then air dry. Wash after handling raw meat or fish. Replace the gloves when the yarns wear thin.

Why the set
Why the set
No. They are cut-resistant, not puncture-proof, so knife points and needles can still go through.
Use them for prep only. Take them off before handling hot pans, since the fabric is not made for heat or flame.
Choose the size that fits snugly from fingertip to wrist. A loose glove can bunch up and catch on a blade.
They suit households or busy kitchens that want spares, or extra gloves for garden work.
Wash them after handling raw meat or fish, by hand or on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, then air dry fully.
