Clearly marked glass
Wudy Kitchen
A heat-resistant glass measuring cup with a wood handle and milliliter and ounce marks for small pours.
A plastic measuring pitcher hides the liquid line behind its own cloudy wall, so you end up reading it from above and getting it wrong.
Through this heat-resistant glass cup, the surface of the liquid sits where you can see it at eye level. It is marked in milliliters and ounces up to 5 fl oz (150 ml), the range that matters for espresso, a small sauce or a single-serving bake. The wood handle stays comfortable to hold when the contents are warm.
Choose a single spout for simple pours or a double spout if you pour with either hand.
Warm the glass before adding hot liquid and avoid sudden hot-to-cold changes. Hand-wash the glass and wipe the wood handle rather than soaking it; dry promptly.
