Why the set
Two chambers, one footprint
Wudy Kitchen
A dual-ended salt and pepper grinder with adjustable ceramic burrs and clear windows to check the fill.
Pre-ground pepper loses its bite quickly once the oils meet air, and freshly ground tastes sharper. The catch is that two separate mills crowd the counter and the table.
This dual-ended grinder holds salt at one end and pepper at the other, each with its own adjustable ceramic mechanism. Turn the side you need, set it fine for finishing a dish or coarse for a steak crust, and check the clear windows to see when a chamber is running low.
It is a tidy fit for small kitchens, picnic baskets, and dinner tables where space is short. Fill it with dry rock salt and whole peppercorns.
Wipe the outside with a dry cloth. Refill only with dry rock salt and whole peppercorns, since moist salt can clog the ceramic mechanism.
