Why the set
Ceramic burr grind
Wudy Kitchen
A handheld ceramic burr coffee grinder for fresh grounds at work or away, with a manual crank or USB motor.
A countertop grinder stays at home, and pre-ground coffee in a bag loses its aroma long before the trip is over. That leaves you with a flat cup at your desk or in a hotel room.
This handheld grinder uses a ceramic burr to crush beans evenly, right before you brew. Pick the Manual version with a hand crank when there is no outlet, or the Electric version with USB charging for one-button mornings. Both come in black or white.
It is made for a dose or two at a time, not a full family pot. Dial it in for pour-over and drip first, then go finer if your beans and brewer allow.
Empty the grounds fully after each use and brush the burr. Never put an electric unit in water. Charge the Electric versions over USB as directed.

Why the set
Manual needs no power and packs light for travel. Electric charges over USB and grinds with a button, which suits a desk or hotel room.
No. It uses a ceramic burr, which crushes beans to a more even size than a spinning blade.
It is designed mainly for pour-over and drip. Very fine espresso grinds depend on the unit and the beans, so start coarser and adjust.
Brush the burr dry and empty all grounds. Do not put the Electric version in water.
