Why the set
Conical burrs, not blades
Wudy Kitchen
An electric conical burr grinder with 25 settings for an even grind, from French press coarse to pour-over.
Blade grinders chop beans unevenly, leaving fine dust next to coarse chunks. The result is a cup that tastes bitter one morning and thin the next, even when you use the same beans.
This electric grinder crushes beans between conical burrs for a more even grind. With 25 settings you can move from coarse French press grounds to finer drip and pour-over without guessing at a pulse button. The chamber lifts out, so emptying and cleaning take a minute.
It suits anyone who brews at home every day and wants the grind to stay the same from one bag to the next. Unplug it before every clean.
Unplug the grinder before cleaning. Brush the burrs and chute once a week and wipe the hopper dry. Keep water away from the motor base.

Why the set
The 25 settings cover coarse French press grounds through finer grinds for drip and pour-over. Start in the middle and adjust to taste.
Burrs crush beans to a more even size than spinning blades, so extraction is more consistent and the cup tastes cleaner.
The fine end of the dial can work for some home espresso setups, but results depend on your machine and beans.
Unplug it, brush the burrs and chute weekly, and wipe the hopper dry. Do not rinse the motor base.
