Why the set
Know the center, not the surface
Wudy Kitchen
A digital pen thermometer with a stainless probe, a °F and °C switch, and a HOLD button for quick, steady readings.
The outside of a steak or roast can look done while the center is still under temperature. Cutting in to check lets the juices run out, and guessing leads to dry or underdone meat.
This digital probe thermometer reads the center of the food in seconds. Slide the stainless steel probe into the thickest part and read the number. A switch toggles between °F and °C, and the HOLD button locks the reading so you can pull the probe out and still see it.
Use it on the grill or in the oven, and for reheated leftovers, milk for coffee drinks, or melted chocolate. The slim white body has a 5.5" (14 cm) probe and hangs from a loop on a utensil hook between cooks.
Wipe the probe clean after each use. Keep the display and buttons dry, and do not submerge the body. Store hanging or flat in a drawer.
