Why the set
Three profiles for breaking down
Wudy Kitchen
Forged steel butcher knives with finger-hole spines, wooden handles, and stitched leather sheaths.
A narrow boning knife flexes around a joint, but it stops being the right tool the moment you hit a rib or want to break down a shoulder.
These forged knives are wide and heavy enough to work through instead of around. Choose a square-tip cleaver for splitting, a curved skinning knife for taking off hide and silver skin in one draw, or a drop-point butcher knife for general breaking down. Each has a finger hole at the spine for a second point of control, a wooden handle, and its own leather sheath.
Take one profile or all three as a set. Hand-wash and dry them straight after use, since forged steel spots if left wet.
Hand-wash in warm water with mild soap and dry right away. Store each knife in its leather sheath. Sharpen regularly.
